AI Property Writer respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. Listing pages on our platform display property photographs and details on behalf of listing agents, who represent to us that they hold the rights to use that content in their marketing. If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, we will remove or disable access to it promptly upon receiving a valid notice.
Submitting a Takedown Notice
To request removal of allegedly infringing material, send a notice containing the following (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)) to our designated copyright agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL(s) on aipropertywriter.com where the allegedly infringing material appears, sufficient to let us locate it.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notices
If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that the removal was erroneous; your name, address, and phone number; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found). We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complaining party files a court action.
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
