Data Deletion
How to remove your data from AI Property Writer, including anything obtained through a connected Facebook or Instagram account.
Disconnect a connected social account
If you connected a Facebook Page (or a linked Instagram professional account) to AI Property Writer, you can revoke that access at any time:
- In the app: go to Dashboard → Integrations and click Disconnect. This immediately stops all posting and deletes the access token we stored for your Page.
- On Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find AI Property Writer, and remove it. This revokes the permission you granted.
We never access your personal Facebook profile, private messages, or friends list — only the Page(s) you explicitly authorized, and only to publish the listing content you create.
Delete your account and all associated data
To delete your AI Property Writer account and all personal data we hold — including any data obtained via Facebook/Instagram, your listing pages, and lead records — email support@aipropertywriter.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”.
We will confirm the request and permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records to comply with law (e.g. tax or fraud-prevention obligations), as described in our Privacy Policy.
